  • Our office timings are 10:00 am – 6:30 pm from Monday to Saturday. (Excluding National Holidays).
  • All returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order to receive refund or replacement.
CARE & REPAIR

Vacuum once a week. Gently brush surface to remove dust. Blot with paper & remove spills immediately. Use professional carpet cleaning services only.

Mixed feelings

Great prices on the rugs but I paid extra for expedited shipping but it got sent regular shipping anyway. Also, one of the rugs was the wrong size, but they sent the correct one within a week......after numerous emails. It took 3 weeks for them to send me the prepaid shipping label to return the wrong size rug AND I had to wrap it up and take it to UPS myself......it was heavy! If it wasn't for that I would have given a 5 star rating.

I originally spotted this rug on stores and then I did a Google image search and found it here on Rugs and Decor LLC for hundreds of dollars cheaper. It’s now in my daughter’s room and looks great. It’s a nice quality, too.
